I must say, this hotel surprised me in many ways. The location is unbeatable, near the port and close to everything I needed to get done in Metro Vancouver. The rooms, although with a larger bed and a unique style, were in the as yet not renovated section over the bar, but they came with breakfast included. The service truly made efforts to be welcoming, offering room service, car hire, housekeeping, a welcome drink, and even a happy hour. While the dining experience lacked details, the cakes were delightful. The facilities left me wanting more. All in all, a mixed bag of experiences with some highs and lows.
